Our Process For Installing Metallic Epoxy Floors

Preparation

Before the metallic epoxy floor coating can be applied, we prepare the surface by cleaning it, priming it with a moisture barrier, and applying grout to fill any existing cracks. We also prepare the metallic coating, mixing it with the proper colours according to your specifications.

Base Coat

After preparing the surface, we can apply the first coat of your metallic epoxy floor. We spread it evenly using a squeegee or roller. When you apply the base coat, you have the option to implement various colours, or one solid colour, for customization purposes.

Top Coat

The final step is the metallic epoxy top coat. This final coat helps to seal and protect your floor from future damages. From this point, the coating may take up to 18 hours to dry and may require additional time to cure. We will provide you with post-installation instructions so you can get back to using your space as quickly as possible.

They did an amazing job. When I noticed a few bubbles from off gassing on the final coat they came right out and quickly fixed it. No problems. Super communicative,  pleasure to work with.
